The annual Commemoration of Relief in Tobruk service at the Shrine will be held this year on Sunday August 25 at 2pm.
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT the special Rats of Tobruk Service to commemorate Rats of Tobruk in light of the passing of the last Rat of Tobruk. That will be held at a date to be announced, later in the year.
The special guest speaker this year will be Colonel Daniel Strack, Assistant Commander, 4th Brigade, 2ndAustralian Division. Daniel is the grandson of Rat of Tobruk Bert Veitch VX23447 2/5th Field Ambulance.
